Privacy notice

Data controller

Guillermo Anthony Chávez (Anthony Chávez), an individual registered for business activity in Mexico (persona física con actividad empresarial), with address at C. Concepción Beistegui 1408, Narvarte Poniente, Cuauhtémoc, 03020, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). What data we process and where it comes from

Messages through the form. Name, email, optional company, message, the source category you choose and the page you write from.

Business prospecting. Name, role, company, work email or public profile and the link to the source. We obtain them only from publicly accessible sources: the company's website, professional profiles or the person's own posts. We don't buy databases or process sensitive data.

Optional measurement. If you tick the measurement box, we record in Amplitude that a message was received and its source category, with a random identifier we don't keep in your browser. That record doesn't include your name, email or message.

What we use it for

To answer the message you send us; to offer companies and professionals services to define, design, develop and launch digital products; to keep a record of contacts, replies and opt-outs so we don't write to you again when you ask us not to; and to measure site usage in aggregate when you consent. Sending a message doesn't confirm a meeting or a purchase.

Who else processes your data

Google Workspace (email and calendar), Supabase (database), Attio (CRM), Vercel (hosting) and Amplitude (optional measurement) process data on the controller's behalf, as processors, and may do so in the United States or the European Union. We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

How to stop receiving emails

Reply to any email with “no” or write to anthony@rizoma.boutique. We apply the opt-out within 24 hours and keep only your address on an exclusion list so we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its use or limit it (ARCO rights) by writing to anthony@rizoma.boutique with your name, the data concerned and what you are requesting. We reply within 20 business days.

Retention and changes

We keep messages and prospecting contacts while a conversation is open, or for up to 12 months without a reply; after that we delete them, except for the exclusion list. Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its date.
